ACCESSIBILITY / WELLBEING
At Klub Verboten, we intend to provide an event space for all of
our guests. We work to provide an environment which is accomodating of those with accessibility needs, inclusive of individuals with disability and neurodiversity.
VENUE
We aim to ensure each event space offers accessibility and wellbeing accomodation for our guests. On every DICE event page description, information on venue accessibility is detailed such as step access, floors, queue times, toliets, and ventilation. Pre-show access to mitigate queue concerns can be considered based on individual accessibility needs, we must be informed prior to 7 P.M. the day before an event.
For sensory concerns, keep in mind that due to the nature of our events there is likely to be some moving lights and strobing, a little smoke, and loud music. We aim to provide a space which offers a more quiet or calm area should any guest need some air or become overstimluated. Should you happen to feel overwhelmed or need assistance at any point, please reach out to someone from our Safeguarding Team who can assist you.
If you have any additional queries regarding accessibility and wellbeing, please feel free to contact our community support.
SAFEGUARDING TEAM
Our safeguards are posted throughout the event space to ensure readily available access to additional assistance. Our team is full of well trained and friendly humans. Please feel free to approach our safeguards at any time should you have accessibility questions or wellbeing concerns.
You can spot our Safeguarding Team by their BLUE BERET HATS
and KLUB VERBOTEN LOGO HARNESSES.

Should you require assistance or feel unwell while at the event, please flag a member of our Safeguarding Team or event space staff.
