MEMBERSHIP CARD FAQs
WHY DO I NEED A
The membership card verifies your membership and gets you entry to our events and members only playrooms. It also contains your membership ID number which it is required to unhide members tickets within the Dice app. Do not share it with anyone.
Please have it ready when arriving at our doors.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY CARD?
The membership card can be collected from the doors of any of our events. Please have any of our latest email newsletters on your mobile device ready to verify your membership ID number.
I AM A MEMBER BUT HAVE NOT PICKED MY CARD UP YET
Don't worry. We will never end a membership without making sure one is notified. So there is absolutely no need to be worried.
I LOST MY CARD
Don't worry we can freeze your old card and issue you a replacement.
Please email us your membership ID number from the email address you used to apply with Klub Verboten. You can find your membership ID number in any of our newsletters.
There is a £5 manufacturer charge for replacements which can be paid via card or PayPal. Don't worry, the Paypal receipt does not leave any filthy trace in your account.
You can pick up your replacement card from any of our events. Please have the payment receipt on your mobile device ready when collecting the card.

Although we have a partner section in our application process every individual receives their own account- We do not have couple / partner accounts.
HOW TO GET A REPLACEMENT MEMBERSHIP CARD
We are sorry to hear about the loss of your card but don't worry we got your back!
Please send us an email from the email address you used to register with us, containing your membership number. (If you can't remember that particular email address or ID number, check any of our latest newsletters)
There is a £5 charge for replacement cards.
Your card & ID number will be now frozen & made unusable and you will receive further instructions and when to pick up your new card.
