Klub Verboten is a private members' club. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital platforms, your application for membership, and your attendance at our events.

By accessing our platforms or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Klub Rules.

General Membership Terms

Klub Verboten is a curated private community. We reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any application for Membership at our sole discretion. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older (21+ for selected international editions where noted).

Termination of Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via email at community@klubverboten.com.

Klub Verboten reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Membership immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms, the Klub Rules, the Dress Code, or conduct policies. Termination takes effect immediately without eligibility for refunds.

Allocation of tickets and admittance to Klub Verboten events is at our sole discretion. Holding a valid ticket or membership does not guarantee entry into an event.

Our door staff and safeguarding team reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder at their discretion. Grounds for refusal include but are not limited to:

  Non-compliance with the published Dress Code.

  Inability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Klub Rules and consent protocols.

  Previous ejection, suspension, or active ban from Klub Verboten or affiliate spaces.

  Disrespectful, aggressive, or non-consensual behavior towards staff, performers, or guests.

  Excessive intoxication or substance impairment.
• —
  Posing any risk to our community, licensing conditions, or safer space standards.

Guest Anonymity & Space Secrecy

As a member or event attendee, you strictly agree to protect the privacy and identity of all guests and performers. You must never disclose details of happenings in the club or confirm the attendance of other members to third parties or outside organisations.

Photography & Recording Prohibition

Strict zero-photography and zero-recording rules apply across all private spaces and events. Any unauthorized photography or recording will result in immediate ejection, permanent blacklisting, and potential legal action.

Attending Klub Verboten events for journalism, media coverage, documentary recording, or commercial reporting is strictly prohibited without explicit, written accreditation from the club directors.

General Non-Refundability

All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend an event for any personal reason, Klub Verboten does not issue direct refunds.

Official Resale / Waitlist Transfer

When an event sells out, ticket holders may submit their ticket to the official waitlist resale queue. If another approved guest purchases the returned ticket, you will receive a refund (less transaction fees) within 5–10 business days. If the ticket remains unsold, no refund will be issued.

Door Refusal & Ejection Terms

No refunds will be granted to patrons refused entry due to dress code violations, queue jumping, failure of vetting, intoxication, or ejection for behavioural misconduct.

Event Cancellation by Organiser

In the rare event that Klub Verboten cancels an event, the full face value of your ticket will be refunded.

Klub Verboten provides dedicated equipment and environments where consenting adults may engage in BDSM, fetish play, and sensory exploration.

All physical interactions, scenes, and play between yourself and other attendees are undertaken entirely at your own risk. Klub Verboten and its directors, staff, and venue partners assume no liability for physical, emotional, or property harm arising from voluntary peer interactions on our premises.

By entering, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klub Verboten against any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or event participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication to this website. Continued use of our services or attendance at events following modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
